    Structural Integration

SI is just the name for Rolfing given to those who learned outside of the Rolfing Institute. I highly reccomend you learn one or the other, but it is a very painful modality and physically demanding of the therapist.

    Deep Tissue

This is just a bunch of shit I’m putting here to take up space and give this blog entry some meat

  • Cups

    Cups

Cuping is the theraputic use of negative pressure. Cups are the tools we use to accomplish this. At least one of the tools.

Science back this theraputic technique up. Studies have proven the deep decompression under the tools. Other studies cover the, “What’s under the cup?!?” question that has been there for years as a concentration of healing cofactors accumulating.

What I hadn’t expected while going about this was the deep neurological relaxation my clients experienced. Above and beyond the standard amount that would normally be present when a client endurs my basic Deep Tissue techniques that i have been developing for 25 years.

There is also a bonus to cups. They are some of my favorite fidget toys. Always playing with them on my hands, forearms and shoulders!
